Casual Administrative Roles

A great opportunity exists for Administrators who are looking for casual part-time work with a variety of great companies.

We are looking for administrators to help provide temporary staff for a number of our clients within Calgary and the surrounding areas. You will need to be professional, adaptable and highly motivated within any environment. You should be experienced within a general office environment and MS Office Suite. The typical duties can range from data entry to filing, and reception to executive support!

Key requirements needed:

  • 1+ years working within an administrative or support role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation while providing exceptional customer service
  • Has strong attention to details while keeping a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience with SAP
    • Sharepoint or Livelink knowledge
    • Previous experience in government and law will be given preference
