PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

(The main reason for the position, in what context and what is the overall end result) The Administrative Clerk, Clerk (I,II,III), Legal administrative representatives, Health Canada Admin, Data Entry Clerks, Minutes of Meeting Representatives, Etc!  All positions are responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Data Entry
  • Minutes of Meeting
  • Maintaining the electronic calendar
  • attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings
  • preparing and filing correspondence
  • Monitoring emails
  • Prepares and organizes staff daily schedules. 
  • Manage and maintain files.
  • Responds to telephone or personal enquiries from clients.
  • Performs and provides clerical/administration duties and support for supervisor and staff (This includes tracking missing documentation, typing and faxing)
  • Abstracts clinical data from electronic databases and prepares statistical reports for the use of administrative staff.
  • Competent in using Microsoft programs and schedulers.
  • Enhanced Reliability security certificate through PWGSC.

 

Most Positions (of the described above) are Contract - Full-Time - Long-Term.
